Butchers Club Guide Showcases Mini Joints

AHDB Beef & Lamb has produced a special new guide, called Butchers Club Featured Cuts, which focuses on beef and lamb mini joints. 
Butchers Club Guide Showcases Mini Joints The brochure contains cutting specification for all of the cuts in the mini joint range, plus a wealth of information on the many advantages of stocking mini joints and tips on popular flavours for marinades and rubs to add value to products. 
The beef and lamb mini joints in AHDB Beef & Lambís range have been developed to offer consumers a midweek meal solution. Mini joints are quick to cook, easy to carve, easy to handle, have reduced plate waste and are more budget friendly.
The Butchers Club brochure also features information on how to join the Quality Standard Mark Scheme and promotes many of the dedicated resources which are available on the AHDB trade website.
