Butchers who are not members of the Quality Standard Mark Scheme are also able to apply for promotional kits from AHDB Beef and Lamb.

This year two kits will be available; one for summer and one for winter, containing:

  • Two seasonal beef posters
  • Two seasonal lamb posters

One thousand copies of each kit will be produced and will be made available on a first-come-first-served basis.

You can register for the kits in one of three ways;
  • By completing and returning the registration form that will be mailed during April
  • By calling the scheme hotline; 0845 491 8787*

We have designed a leaflet for non-scheme members to download and have printed. The leaflet contains a Christmas meat order form for the customer and a copy for the butcher. It also contains handy meat ordering recommendations and cooking advice for customers.
